“Reading to Learn” can be a tremendous challenge for English Language Learners as it requires the mastering of specific comprehension strategies that seek to develop a deep understanding of text. Creating Language focuses on specific reading comprehension strategies which when taught in a scaffolded and arts integrated manner are easily accessible but challenging to English Language Learners.
